Website hosting and advertising space: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order no questions asked. Credit for future ad space is the only type of adjustment available after that time, and credits will be given only in cases where we were unable to display your ad as agreed to the generally available Internet community. You agree not to hold us responsible for outages or errors in the Internet that are beyond the scope of our immediate control.

Website design and other custom programming: Due to the fully custom nature of this service, no refunds are available. Please be sure you are happy with the proposal and examples of past work before proceeding.

Computer Hardware: 85% refund (15% restocking fee) if returned with all original materials in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase. No refund on custom built systems or special order items. No refunds after 7 days from date of placing order. Repair or replacement only, at our option. We will attempt to resell any hardware you do not want on a consignment basis but will not give direct refunds after the 7 day period.

Computer Software: Unopened packages may be returned for refund within 7 days of purchase for an 85% refund (15% restocking fee). No refunds on opened or downloaded computer software as your license agreement is directly with the manufacturer of the software. Contact the software manufacturer for details on their refund policy. We will assist you in every way possible to obtain a usable copy of the software if your media is damaged.
